We charge an hourly fee plus disposal costs. We can provide free estimates by doing a site visit, or you can send pictures via our contact us form.

We do a lot of 2-phase cleanouts; before a house goes on the market we can cleanout the clutter and empty out the basement and attic, leaving the furniture for staging, then we can return again after it sells, before the closing. We are happy to come back as many times as you need to ensure your cleanout goals are met. There is no cleanout too big or too small!

We are not a cleaning service, but we will broom sweep areas that we have emptied.

We are located in Waltham, MA and will travel as far as Worcester, Cape Cod, RI, and Southern NH. We can utilize our South Shore Location, Good Deeds, for cleanouts in that area.

We do not take pianos, slate pool tables, oil tanks, or heavy construction debris. We encourage notifying us of any other oversized items that we may be removing so we can plan accordingly for removal.
